Born on 10 August 1987 in Kadi, Gujarat, Sahil Patel's connection to music was evident from his earliest years. His father, recognising a rare gift, initiated formal training in Indian Classical Music when Sahil was just four years old.

He completed his schooling at Kadi Sarvavidhyalay and briefly attended Som Latlit College. But his true university was the sacred space between guru and shishya — the unbroken lineage of Taalim passed through generations.

Today, Sahil spreads the authentic knowledge of Hindustani Classical Tabla to students across India and internationally, serving as a Mentor at the renowned Kalupur Swaminarayan Sanstha and BAPS Sanstha.
